The talking children's castle map

2-part tactile map of the Regensburg district with tactile animals, castles, and symbols with a ring binder "Word Lore" and a ring binder "Castles around Regensburg". A knight play figure takes the children on a journey into the past via audio files. He sets them small tasks with which they playfully learn tactile orientation on a map. In his stories about the monuments, animals also have their say, explaining the origin and meaning of proverbs.

A journey into the past to feel, see and hear, recommended for ages 8 and up. Developed in 2023 in cooperation with the Regensburger Land Media Center.

The audio texts are linked via QR codes and stickers to voice recordings on www.taktiles.de. To access them via the listening stations, a smartphone, tablet or audio pen (manufacturer Betzold / Tellimero or Anybook) is required.  These audio pens are not included.

Product target groups are libraries and media centers, so that as many educational institutions as possible, as well as individuals, can borrow these tactile, multisensory media free of charge.
